Selle aasta talv on minu jaoks meelepäraselt lühike. Loodus teab, kuidas kompenseerida eelmise aasta lumerohket ja pikka talve. Tänane päev siin Viljandis on olnud muserdav ja pilvine. Lund küll pole aga kevade tunnet ka mitte. Eilne päikseline ilm andis palju energiat ja tänane pilvine ilm tõmbab sellele kevade tundele kriipsu peale.
Aga olen siis kevadet oodates tikkinud. Tikkisin kaks käevõru, mis on toonidelt natuke talvised kui ka kevadised. Selline kevadine hommik, kui lilled ja rohi on veel härmas aga lõunaks on päike härmatise ära sulatanud. Käevõrude tikandit on kaunistamas messingust litrid ja helmed, ning sisevoodriks puuvillane kangas.

This year's winter is acceptably short for me. Nature knows how to compensate for the previous year which was unbearably long. Today'here in Viljandi has been devastatingly dark and cloudy. Yesterday's sunny weather was so cheerful and energizing, so today feels weirdly cloudy and depressing.
When I have been waiting for the spring I embroidered bracelets. They represent changing of seasons - winter and spring.Like spring morning when flowers and grass are still with frost. But by the afternoon the frost is melted of and you can see the first snowdrops in their full glory. Bracelets embroidery is decorated with brass beads and spangles, bracelets lining is cotton fabric.
